In April 2024, View, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and reached a financial restructuring agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., RXR, and stakeholders to strengthen its balance sheet, emerge as a privately held company with a reorganized board including guidance from Howard Lutnick and Scott Rechler, and continue normal operations, order fulfillment, and customer support during the process.
