- Visionary Metals Corp. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of critical, base and precious-metal properties in the western United States. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping, geochemical sampling, airborne and ground geophysical surveys, electromagnetic targeting and diamond drilling for magmatic nickel-copper sulfide and porphyry copper-gold-silver mineralization. Its core asset portfolio includes the King Solomon and Tin Cup nickel-copper projects, together with the Diamond Springs claim group, within an approximately 40-square-kilometer land package in the Granite Mountains of Fremont County, central Wyoming; and the Slipstream copper-gold-silver porphyry project located across prospective mining jurisdictions in Utah and Nevada. Visionary targets nickel, copper and associated sulfide mineralization at its Wyoming properties, including the King Solomon project, where it reports Wyoming’s first nickel sulfide discovery, and the Tin Cup project, which hosts a district-scale nickel-bearing ultramafic target; it also explores the Slipstream property for copper, gold and silver porphyry mineralization. The Company serves the mineral-resource development sector and does not report commercial mining production, instead seeking to create value through exploration discoveries, delineation of mineral resources and potential project advancement or strategic transactions. Visionary conducts its Wyoming nickel exploration through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lost Creek Corp., under a Strategic Exploration Alliance with Teck American Incorporated, a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited, covering designated claim groups in the Granite Mountains. In 2025, Teck acquired an approximately 9.9% equity interest in Visionary through a private placement and contributed funding and technical services to the alliance; in March 2026, Teck committed an additional C$800,000 of direct funding and estimated C$300,000 of technical services for a 3,000- to 5,000-meter diamond-drilling program, with the alliance expected to extend into 2028. During 2026, Visionary completed an oversubscribed C$7.445 million financing, consolidated its common shares on a one-for-four basis, repurchased approximately 6.64 million common shares for approximately C$1.33 million, received US$250,000 in Wyoming Energy Authority matching funds to support geophysical work at King Solomon and Tin Cup, and mobilized for up to 4,500 meters of diamond drilling across eight nickel-copper sulfide targets at the King Solomon and Tin Cup projects.
