Business
Vision Lithium Inc. Vision Lithium Inc. is a junior exploration company focused on exploring and developing battery mineral assets including lithium and copper in safe jurisdictions, primarily Canada. The company holds interests in flagship lithium properties such as the Sirmac Lithium property and Godslith lithium property in Quebec and Manitoba respectively; the Dome Lemieux copper property in Quebec; polymetallic properties in northern New Brunswick; and the St. Stephens Ni-Cu-Co property in southern New Brunswick, targeting lithium, gold, copper, silver, zinc and base metals for the lithium-ion battery materials market. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Val-d'Or, Quebec, Vision Lithium operates exploration activities across Quebec, Manitoba and New Brunswick. In recent developments, the company completed a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment on the Sirmac lithium project in February 2023 demonstrating potential for a Direct Shipping Operation; announced a high-grade cesium discovery on the Sirmac property in December 2024 with values up to 1.94% Cs2O; discovered a new lithium-cesium-tantalum trend on Sirmac in July 2025; closed a flow-through private placement in December 2024 to fund exploration of lithium and cesium targets; initiated baseline environmental studies and plans a feasibility study for Sirmac in 2024; and continues to evaluate opportunities including joint ventures or monetization for the Godslith project.
