Business
VSE Corporation (VSEC), founded in 1959 and headquartered in Miramar, Florida, provides aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for aviation and fleet assets; its aviation segment offers technical and proprietary parts distribution, component and engine accessory MRO services, rotable exchanges, supply chain management, wheel and brake repairs, pneumatics, fuel accessories, electrical accessories, avionics, and engine and airframe components to commercial airlines, business and general aviation operators, cargo transporters, military/defense platforms, rotorcraft, and fixed-base operators globally across North America, Europe, and other regions; its fleet segment delivers parts distribution, engineering solutions, and supply chain services for medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer markets. The company operates through these two primary segments, enhancing the productivity and longevity of customers' high-value assets with approximately 1,400 employees and a focus on OEM-aligned partnerships. Recent strategic developments include the October 2024 acquisition of Kellstrom Aerospace, expanding commercial aerospace aftermarket products and services with $175 million in trailing revenue and expected $4 million in synergies; the October 2025 announcement of the Aero 3 acquisition for $350 million, adding nine global wheel and brake MRO facilities, OEM distribution, and proprietary solutions to create 12 repair sites across the U.S., Canada, and U.K. while boosting adjusted EBITDA margins; record third-quarter 2025 aviation revenue of $282.9 million, up 38.9% year-over-year; and public offerings of common stock in October 2025 to fund growth initiatives.
