Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Mexico City at Paseo de los Tamarindos 90 Torre 2, Piso 28, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, the company functions as a fully integrated, internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since 2007, emphasizing sustainable practices, resilient balance sheets, and attractive dividends.
