The company holds 100% interest in its flagship Toiyabe Hills Project, comprising 737 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 61 square kilometers in the Cortez District of Lander County, 10 kilometers southwest of the Cortez Hills Mine; the contiguous Turquoise Canyon Project with 188 mining claims; the adjacent East Saddle property; and the Coyote and Rossi claim blocks along the northern Carlin Trend in Elko County. These Carlin-type gold projects target stratigraphic, structural, geochemical, and geophysical settings similar to major deposits operated by Barrick Gold and Nevada Gold Mines, serving institutional and retail investors in one of the world's premier mining jurisdictions. Founded in 2017 and headquartered at 1055 West Georgia Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Westward Gold operates through subsidiaries including Momentum Minerals Ltd., Golden Oasis Exploration, and Turquoise Canyon Corp. In October 2025, the company closed a $5 million non-brokered private placement financing, led by new strategic investor Concept Capital Management Ltd. with $2.5 million and supported by existing shareholder Crescat Capital LLC with $1 million, to fund an expanded 5,000-meter drilling program at the Campfire Target Complex within Toiyabe Hills and general working capital; earlier in 2025, it appointed J. Kelly Cluer to its board of directors and announced expansion of the Toiyabe Hills property footprint.
