TeraWulf Inc. TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF), founded in 2021 and headquartered in Easton, Maryland, develops, owns and operates environmentally sustainable, industrial-scale digital infrastructure facilities in the United States, purpose-built for bitcoin mining and high-performance computing (HPC) hosting powered predominantly by low-cost, zero-carbon energy sources including nuclear, hydro and solar. TeraWulf operates primarily in New York and Pennsylvania, with expansion into Texas through joint ventures, targeting enterprise, hyperscale and digital asset customers seeking energy-efficient compute solutions. In 2025, the company executed transformational growth initiatives, including over 520 MW of long-term HPC leases at Lake Mariner with Core42 and Fluidstack backed by Google credit enhancements totaling more than $17 billion in contracted revenue; formation of the Abernathy Joint Venture in Texas via subsidiary Big Country Wulf LLC, securing up to 51% controlling interest in a 240 MW initial HPC campus expandable to 600 MW under a 25-year Fluidstack lease supported by $1.3 billion Google backing; completion of over $5 billion in financings comprising $1.0 billion 1.00% Convertible Notes due 2031, $3.2 billion 7.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and $1.025 billion 0.00% Convertible Notes due 2032 to fund expansions; an 80-year lease at the Cayuga site in Lansing, New York, for HPC deployment starting 2027; and a target of 250-500 MW annual new HPC contracted capacity.
