Business
WhiteFiber, Inc. designs, develops, and operates high-performance computing (HPC) data centers and provides artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure solutions. The company’s core offerings include cloud-based HPC graphics processing unit (GPU) services branded as WhiteFiber Cloud, colocation and hosting services within its Tier-3 data centers, ultra-fast networking capabilities, storage, observability, and security solutions. Its cloud services support generative AI workloads, particularly AI training and inference, leveraging NVIDIA GPUs and proprietary high-throughput Ethernet and InfiniBand networking infrastructure. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in New York, New York, WhiteFiber operates primarily in the United States and Canada. The company significantly expanded its data center capacity beginning in October 2024 by acquiring Enovum, a Tier-3 HPC data center platform in Montreal, Canada, operating a 4 MW AI data center (MTL-1) currently fully leased. It is further expanding with a build-to-suit 5 MW Tier-3 data center project (MTL-2) and a 7 MW Tier-3 data center site (MTL-3) in the Montreal area, including a major 5 MW colocation agreement with Cerebras Wafer Scale ULC Systems. In 2025, WhiteFiber acquired an industrial property near Greensboro, North Carolina, planned for retrofitting into a data center (NC-1) with an expected electrical capacity scalable up to 200 MW. WhiteFiber completed its initial public offering in August 2025, raising approximately $159 million, and operates as a publicly traded company under the ticker WYFI on NASDAQ. The company is a subsidiary of Bit Digital, Inc. It provides AI infrastructure primarily to customers in the AI application and machine learning development sectors, serving both cloud service users and colocation clients. WhiteFiber remains focused on scaling its vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform optimized for generative AI and high-performance computing workloads across North America.
