- XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. (NYSE: XTND) is an artificial intelligence-powered robotics and autonomous-systems company serving defense, homeland security and commercial-security customers globally. The Company provides the XTEND Operating System (XOS), a hardware-agnostic operating system for physical AI that enables operators to supervise, control and coordinate fleets of unmanned and robotic assets; tactical small unmanned aerial systems and robotic drone platforms, including the Scorpio 500 and Scorpio 1000 systems; reconnaissance, strike, counter-drone, precision loitering-munition, counter-IED, surgical-breaching and modular-payload solutions; robotic subsystems and open-architecture autonomy software; and ground-robotics capabilities, including XOS-powered AtlasROVER deployments. Its XOS platform is designed to integrate air, ground and maritime robotic platforms into a common mission environment, supporting teleoperation, supervised autonomy and coordinated multi-platform operations in complex and high-threat environments. The Company markets its offerings principally to military, law-enforcement, homeland-security and security organizations in the United States, NATO-allied countries and Asia-Pacific markets. XTEND AI Robotics is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The Company was formed in 2026 through the business combination of XTEND Reality Expansion Ltd. and JFB Construction Holdings, with both entities becoming direct wholly owned subsidiaries of XTEND AI Robotics. JFB Construction Holdings, founded in 2024 and formerly headquartered in Lantana, Florida, provides commercial and residential real estate construction and development services, including project planning and design, general contracting, construction management, commercial franchise buildouts, multifamily construction, luxury residential construction and real estate development across 36 U.S. states. In September 2026, the Company completed the all-stock combination, renamed the parent company XTEND AI Robotics, transitioned trading from Nasdaq-listed JFB shares to NYSE-listed XTND shares, and raised $110 million in total capital, including approximately $67.7 million toward the transaction’s minimum-cash requirement. Recent operating developments include the expansion of the XOS ecosystem into ground robotics through the first Asia-Pacific customer deployment of an AtlasROVER following XTEND’s acquisition of Atlas, as well as a contract to supply more than 100 XOS-enabled Scorpio drone systems to a defense customer in the Asia-Pacific region.
