Realty Group Limited (0075.HK), an investment holding company headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1984, engages in property development and trading, property investment, treasury management, and property management and related services primarily in Mainland China, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. The Property Development and Trading segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties, including four pre-sales projects in Sichuan Province, PRC; the Property Investment segment holds investment properties for rental income and capital appreciation, encompassing properties under construction in Sichuan; the Treasury Management segment invests in debt securities and time deposits; and the Property Management and Related Services segment provides management and technical consultancy. The company, formerly Prestige Properties Holdings Limited until its name change in June 2002 and originally incorporated in 1990, maintains a business network extending to international cities such as London and Melbourne. In 2024, it completed the disposal of its London investment property on July 26, recorded property development revenue of HK$4,224.5 million from Sichuan projects with aggregate contract sales of HK$2,280.7 million, and shifted focus away from UK investments while monitoring market conditions; additionally, Chairman Chung Kiu Cheung significantly increased his stake through purchases totaling approximately HK$550 million in shares during 2025.
