Incorporated in 1997 and headquartered in Val-d'Or, Quebec, the company holds interests in multiple projects such as the flagship Sirmac lithium property and Dome Lemieux copper property in Quebec; the Godslith lithium property in Manitoba; the Cadillac lithium property in Quebec; and polymetallic properties including Red Brook, St. Stephen, Epsilon and others in New Brunswick. Its core activities encompass lithium exploration via spodumene-bearing pegmatites, copper exploration in porphyry/skarn deposits, and polymetallic base metal exploration, targeting battery materials markets driven by lithium-ion battery demand. Recent developments include the discovery of a new Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatite trend on the Sirmac property in July 2025, with multiple high-grade dikes identified along a 5 km Assinica LCT trend; a high-grade cesium discovery up to 1.94% Cs2O on the same property in December 2024; and the closing of a flow-through private placement in late 2024 to fund further geophysics, prospecting, mapping, trenching and sampling at Sirmac lithium and cesium targets. The company completed a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Sirmac lithium project in February 2023, demonstrating potential for a Direct Shipping Operation, and announced plans for a feasibility study in 2024. Vision Lithium, formerly ABE Resources Inc., changed its name in March 2018 to reflect its strategic focus on battery minerals.
