- Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of precious- and base-metal properties, principally gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc projects. The Company’s principal assets comprise the 100%-owned Williams Gold Property, an approximately 1,550-hectare gold and silver exploration project located in the Appleton and Dog Bay fault-corridor area of the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, approximately 45 kilometers southwest of Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador; and the 100%-owned Hank Property, an approximately 1,700-hectare copper-gold-silver-lead-zinc property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, approximately 140 kilometers north of Stewart. Williams is an Au-rich polymetallic exploration project, while Hank is subject to an option agreement with Kingfisher Metals Corp. The Company conducts mineral-property evaluation, geological mapping, geochemical soil and rock sampling, airborne and ground geophysical surveys, trenching, diamond drilling, resource-target generation and project advancement, and does not report commercial mineral production. Golden Ridge also maintains a portfolio of exploration interests in Newfoundland. Incorporated in 2011, Golden Ridge Resources is headquartered in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, and its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GLDN. Recent strategic developments include the commencement of its 2026 field exploration program at Williams after receiving permits for as many as 40 diamond-drill holes; the planned program includes a property-wide LiDAR survey and closely spaced infill soil-geochemistry work across priority targets. In May 2026, the Company announced its intention to implement a normal course issuer bid to repurchase for cancellation up to 2,927,000 common shares, representing approximately 5% of its outstanding shares. In November 2025, Golden Ridge terminated its proposed acquisition of a majority interest in Brazilian iron-ore mining, trading and logistics company MM Group Ltda.; following the termination, trading in its shares resumed on the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2025.
