It anticipates pending spectrum transactions with AT&T, expected to close by late 2025, and with Verizon, targeted for Q3 2026, alongside ongoing colocation growth initiatives that drove 68% year-over-year cash site rental revenue increases in Q3 2025. Leadership transitioned with Douglas W. Chambers serving as interim President and CEO, overseeing operational ramp-up and strategic monetization of retained assets.
