In September 2025, ADF Group Inc. completed the acquisition of Groupe LAR Inc. for $19 million in cash plus a $1.4 million working capital adjustment and 449,944 subordinate voting shares valued at $4 million, adding synergies, revenue diversification amid U.S. tariff risks, and an initial order backlog of $104.5 million as of July 2025 while preserving 200 jobs in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. The company plans to more than double Groupe LAR's backlog by January 2027 through over $35 million in investments at its Métabetchouan facility and workforce expansion to drive consolidated revenue growth and enhanced net results. Recognized as a North American leader in niche markets for architecturally complex superstructures and fast-track projects, ADF Group Inc. emphasizes innovative engineering, project management, and BIM-enabled solutions.
