Comfort Systems USA continues to invest in modular capacity expansion toward nearly 3 million square feet by early 2026, driven by strong demand in data centers and advanced manufacturing, contributing to a record backlog of $9.38 billion as of September 30, 2025. These strategic moves reflect ongoing diversification in high-growth sectors such as technology infrastructure and public works supported by federal and state initiatives.
