Business
Allied Security Innovations, Inc. (ADSV) develops, markets, implements, and supports integrated enterprise-wide imaging software applications designed primarily for criminal justice agencies, law enforcement, and correctional facilities; its principal product is the Compu-Capture Law Enforcement Program, which captures video, scanned images, and digital photographs, links them to associated text data, stores the information in a computer database, and enables transmission to remote locations via computer or telecommunication links; the company also offers related maintenance, support services, and periodic software updates for an annual fee through its wholly owned subsidiary CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of indicative and barrier security seals, security tapes, related packaging security systems, protective products for palletized cargo, and physical security systems for tractors, trailers, and containers including applications for aircraft and truck seals, fiber and steel drum seals, motor vehicle inspection seals, pharmaceutical packaging, box or container closures, cash bags, computers, and validation devices. Founded in 1986 and headquartered at 224 Datura Street, Suite 1015, West Palm Beach, Florida, the company generates substantially all revenues from U.S. governmental agencies and markets its law enforcement products through vendors of compatible software applications while addressing needs such as reproducing lineups, producing housing badges and bar-coded wristbands for jails and courts, and storing handwritten or computer-generated documents. No major acquisitions, funding rounds, partnerships, new product launches, or strategic shifts have been reported in the last one to two years, with the firm maintaining its focus on imaging technology solutions for public sector customers amid ongoing operations as a microcap entity trading on OTC Pink Sheets.
