- AE Fuels Corporation is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based critical-minerals exploration and development company focused on establishing allied-country supply chains for battery-grade manganese and fluorspar-hydrofluoric acid products. The Company explores, evaluates and advances manganese mineral resources in Western Australia and fluorspar mineralization in the United States, targeting customers and downstream markets in battery materials, clean-energy technologies, industrial chemicals, defense and other strategic-minerals applications. Its principal assets comprise the wholly owned South Woodie Woodie Manganese Project, encompassing approximately 525.5 square kilometers in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia, including the Contact resource and prospective Pearana and Pothole-Sharks Fin areas; and the Fluorite Ridge Project in Luna County, southwestern New Mexico, comprising 81 lode claims spanning approximately 1,673 acres. The Company’s planned product portfolio includes manganese concentrates and high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) for battery-material supply chains, as well as fluorspar and potential hydrofluoric acid feedstock for U.S. industrial and strategic applications. AE Fuels was formed through the December 2025 qualifying transaction and business combination involving Cavalry Capital Corp. and has since completed the acquisition of the South Woodie Woodie Manganese Project, including the acquisition of Edge Minerals Pty Ltd. In 2026, the Company advanced its processing strategy through CSIRO mini-pilot testing that reported 95%-99% manganese recovery and the production of battery-grade HPMSM crystals; initiated additional testwork, gravity-survey and drill-targeting programs at South Woodie Woodie, identifying 44 targets for potential resource expansion; expanded its Fluorite Ridge land position to a district-scale footprint; established a commercial advisory board to support development activities in Australia and North America; obtained an OTCQB quotation under the symbol NRGFF; and joined the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium to support its U.S.-aligned critical-minerals strategy.
