In recent developments, AAR acquired HAECO Americas for $78 million in November 2025, expanding its North American heavy maintenance capacity with facilities in Greensboro, North Carolina, and Lake City, Florida, while securing over $850 million in multi-year contracts with key airline customers; completed the $146 million acquisition of parts distributor ADI American Distributors in September 2025, adding electronics product lines, OEM partnerships, and locations in the US, UK, and India to bolster Parts Supply growth; purchased maintenance planning software provider Aerostrat and Triumph Group's Product Support business in 2025 and 2024, respectively, to enhance Trax software capabilities and component services; sold its Landing Gear Overhaul business in April 2025 to streamline operations; expanded partnerships including multi-year deals with JetBlue Airways for Trax eMobility, AmSafe Bridport for defense distribution, and the Defense Logistics Agency for up to $85 million in shelters; and signed an agreement with Eaton in October 2025 to serve as an authorized service center for commercial aerospace customers.
