- Aeonian Resources Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of sediment-hosted copper, silver and critical-mineral prospects in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Koocanusa Copper-Silver Project, a district-scale exploration property located near Cranbrook in southeastern British Columbia, close to the Canada-United States border. The Koocanusa Project covers approximately 412 square kilometres within the Purcell Basin and targets stratiform, sediment-hosted copper-silver mineralization in Revett-equivalent Creston Formation sedimentary rocks. Aeonian’s exploration activities include geological mapping; structural interpretation; rock, soil and geochemical sampling; prospecting; airborne and ground geophysical surveys; trenching; target generation; diamond drilling; mineral-tenure acquisition; and technical evaluation of copper-bearing stratigraphic horizons, fault zones and structural trap settings. The Company serves the mineral-exploration sector and seeks to identify and advance copper discoveries in British Columbia through science-led exploration, Indigenous engagement and environmental stewardship.
Aeonian operates primarily through the Koocanusa Project, which contains an approximately 50-kilometre western copper trend and multiple prospective mineralized horizons, including Lower, Middle and Upper units within the Middle Creston Formation, as well as an emerging copper target near the Lower Creston-Upper Aldridge contact. The project benefits from highway access on three sides and a three-year exploration permit that permits drilling activities. The Company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It formerly operated as Altina Capital Corp. and completed its qualifying transaction and corporate transition to Aeonian Resources Corp. in 2025.
Recent developments include the August 2026 acquisition of four additional mineral tenures, increasing the Koocanusa Project’s land position from approximately 360 square kilometres to approximately 412 square kilometres, with fieldwork initiated across the new target areas. In 2026, Aeonian completed its inaugural five-hole diamond-drilling program at the Jake Target and reported final results supporting a district-scale copper-silver exploration model. In September 2026, the Company integrated mapping, structural measurements, geochemical sampling and drilling data to identify multiple prospective copper-bearing horizons and structural corridors along the 50-kilometre western copper trend; its database then comprised 98 copper occurrence sites, including drilled, sampled and prospected locations. The Company plans to prioritize further mapping, sampling, structural analysis, geophysical work, trenching and drilling across untested prospective horizons and fault-related targets. Aeonian also strengthened its funding position through a December 2025 non-brokered private placement that raised gross proceeds of C$800,400, including an investment that resulted in Michael Gentile acquiring a 19.55% interest, and through the exercise of 9,717,000 warrants during 2026, which generated aggregate gross proceeds of C$945,950.
