(OTCQX: AMNF) manufactures and markets an extensive range of premium frozen and refrigerated Italian specialty food products, including pesto sauces such as classic basil, cilantro, artichoke, roasted garlic, roasted red bell pepper, dried tomato and garlic, southwest chipotle, chimichurri, harissa, bolognese, alfredo, and romesco; globally inspired sauces like romesco and creamy garlic; frozen stuffed pastas in cooked and uncooked varieties; gourmet meats including beef, Italian-style beef and pork, smoked turkey meatballs; grated parmesan and three-cheese blends; and cheese shakers, with an organic line featuring classic basil pesto. The company sells its Armanino-branded products through a network of food brokers to foodservice distributors, quick-service and casual restaurants, club-type stores, retailers, industrial accounts, and noncommercial operators, primarily in the United States with operations extending to Asia. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Hayward, California, Armanino operates from a BRC-approved Category 10 Grade AA facility emphasizing food safety and quality. In recent developments, the company reports record net sales and profits for Q2 2025, with net sales rising 14% to $19.9 million and gross profit increasing 26% to $9.1 million, driven by distribution gains, new customer acquisitions, and favorable raw material pricing; it plans a $1.5 million investment in manufacturing capacity expansion, accelerates U.S. brand growth in pestos and sauces while preparing for international expansion, maintains a share repurchase program with $4.6 million remaining and recent Q2 repurchases of $3.1 million, and engages MZ Group for investor relations as of December 2025.
