- Apogee Minerals Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and advancement of base-metal, precious-metal and critical-mineral properties, with operations focused in Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company’s principal business comprises geological exploration, geophysical surveying, prospecting, mapping, sampling, diamond drilling, data verification, resource modelling and evaluation of mineral properties. Its primary asset is the Knife Lake Copper Project, comprising 54 mineral claims covering approximately 35,255 hectares in east-central Saskatchewan, approximately 136 kilometres northwest of Flin Flon, Manitoba. The project hosts the near-surface Knife Lake Deposit, a volcanogenic massive sulphide copper-zinc-silver-gold-cobalt system containing the Central-South, Bay and North mineralized zones. Apogee also has historically held interests in the Shasko Bay and May Lake exploration projects in northern Saskatchewan; the Company terminated its option agreement for the Pine Channel Gold Project effective December 17, 2025 and retains no interest in that property. Apogee Minerals was incorporated on February 20, 2018, was formerly known as Tri Capital Opportunities Corp. prior to adopting its current name in July 2021, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Company operates as an exploration-stage issuer and does not report commercial mining or mineral-production operations. In September 2026, Apogee completed its option transaction with Trident Resources Corp. to acquire the right to earn a 100% interest in the Knife Lake Copper Project, subject to underlying net smelter return royalties, and filed an independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report covering the property. Under the option terms, Apogee acts as project operator and may acquire the interest through aggregate cash payments of CAD400,000, share issuances and at least CAD1.0 million of exploration expenditures over the option period. In May 2026, the Company completed a non-brokered private placement of 54.875 million units at CAD0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of CAD2.744 million, with proceeds designated for general working capital and Saskatchewan exploration expenditures. In July 2026, Apogee engaged Independent Trading Group to provide market-making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
