Aris Mining Corporation operates as a gold mining company focused on production, exploration, and development in South America. The company owns and operates the Segovia Operations and Marmato Complex, both underground gold mines in Colombia that produced 210,955 ounces of gold in 2024; it holds a 51% interest in the Soto Norte gold-copper joint venture in Colombia, where a prefeasibility study outlines after-tax NPV5% of US$2.7 billion, internal rate of return of 35.4%, and average annual production of 263,000 ounces over years 2-10; and it owns the Toroparu gold project in Guyana, supported by a recent preliminary economic assessment indicating a 21.3-year mine life, average annual production of 235,000 ounces, life-of-mine all-in sustaining costs of US$1,289 per ounce, after-tax NPV5% of US$1.8 billion, and internal rate of return of 25.2% at US$3,000 per ounce gold. Aris Mining generates revenue primarily from gold doré sales, with byproduct silver credits, and targets over 500,000 ounces of annual gold production through expansions including a second mill at Segovia commissioned in June 2025 and ramping up in the second half of 2025, and the Marmato Bulk Mining Zone with first gold expected in the second half of 2026. Founded in September 2022 through the business combination of GCM Mining and Aris Gold, with headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the company lists on the Toronto Stock Exchange under ARIS and NYSE American under ARMN, and maintains operations centered in Colombia and Guyana. Recent developments include a binding term sheet announced in November 2025 to acquire the remaining 49% of Soto Norte from Mubadala for US$80 million in cash and shares, expected to close by early December 2025 and boosting proven and probable reserves by 32.8% to 9.1 million ounces; completion of the Juby Gold Project sale in Ontario, Canada, to McFarlane Lake Mining for US$22 million in cash and shares in 2025; a long-term agreement with the Government of Colombia in November 2025 to end ICSID arbitration through security, sustainability, and formalization pillars with no cash payment; appointment of Brigitte Baptiste to the board in October 2025; and positive Q3 2025 results with record revenue of US$253.5 million, adjusted EBITDA of US$131.1 million, and gold production of 73,236 ounces.
