It also finalized a transaction with GMR Group listing GMR Airports directly on Indian markets, retaining a 45.7% economic interest to enhance liquidity and support growth in Asia. In 2024, Groupe ADP reported record revenue of 6,158 million euros up 12.1%, recurring EBITDA of 2,068 million euros up 5.7%, and proposed a dividend of 3.00 euros per share; Philippe Pascal succeeded Augustin de Romanet as Chairman and CEO in 2025, launching preparations for a new Economic Regulation Agreement starting 2027 with increased infrastructure investments up to 1 billion euros annually for ADP SA.
