In recent developments, AdvanSix reported third quarter 2025 net sales of $374 million, appointed Dana O’Brien and Daryl Roberts to its board of directors in September 2025, settled patent infringement suits with ArXada in August 2025, released its 2024 Sustainability Report in July 2025 highlighting commitments to sustainability and community impact, advanced its Sulf-N® Ammonium Sulfate (Sulf-N to Accelerate Increased Nutrition) expansion program for granular production, optimized ammonium sulfate offerings with spray-grade adjuvants, and continued a selective acquisition and alliance strategy to broaden its customer base, enhance technology portfolios, and improve margins amid navigating softer market demand in nylon and intermediates.
