Arrow Minerals Limited Arrow Minerals Limited (ASX:AMD) is an Australian-based exploration and development company focused on discovering and advancing economic mineral deposits in West Africa. Incorporated in 2005 and headquartered in West Perth, Western Australia, the company targets premium iron ore and bauxite resources through systematic science-based exploration. Its primary projects include the Simandou North Iron Project, located at the northern end of the Simandou Range in Guinea and comprising exploration permit 22,967 for high-grade hematite deposits; and the Niagara Bauxite Project, situated approximately 100 kilometers from the Simandou multi-user railway, featuring high-grade bauxite mineralization spanning 14 square kilometers with ongoing mineral resource estimation. The company holds 100% legal and beneficial interest in the Simandou North Iron Project via its ownership of Amalgamated Minerals Pte Ltd, following the completion in March 2024 of the acquisition of the remaining 66.7% stake for A$2 million, with a further A$0.5 million payment due by June 2025 and a retained USD$1 per tonne royalty. In March 2024, Arrow Minerals Limited raised A$10 million through a share placement to fund accelerated exploration, including 10,000-15,000 meters of drilling, the acquisition, and pre-feasibility studies at Simandou North, enabling deployment of up to five drill rigs. These initiatives support expanded drilling programs and evaluation amid positive metallurgical results for high-quality hematite fines and advancing infrastructure from neighboring consortia.
