ClearView Wealth Limited ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX:CVW) is an Australia-based life insurance company that partners with financial advisers to provide protection products and services to help Australians safeguard their wealth. Founded in 1976 and headquartered at Level 15, 20 Bond Street, Sydney, New South Wales, the company offers a comprehensive range of life insurance solutions, including term life, trauma and critical illness benefits, total and permanent disability cover, income protection, business expense covers, child cover, and accident covers; these products are manufactured and distributed under the ClearView brand through ClearView Life Assurance Limited under an Australian Financial Services licence. It previously operated in wealth management, providing superannuation, retirement income wraps, investor directed portfolio services, and managed investment schemes via subsidiaries such as ClearView Financial Management Limited and ClearView Life Nominees Pty Limited, but has fully exited this segment including the sale of its investment management business, disposal of its equity interest in Centrepoint Alliance Limited, and termination of remaining life investment contracts to focus exclusively as a pure life risk insurance provider. In FY24 and FY25, ClearView completed its strategic simplification by divesting non-core assets, achieved double-digit growth in in-force premiums to $412.9 million, implemented a new Policy Administration System for enhanced efficiency and customer experience, and reported underlying NPAT of $32.3 million amid strong second-half performance positioning for accelerated FY26 growth. The company primarily serves retail customers and financial advisers across Australia, with operations concentrated in the domestic market.
