- Dusk Group Limited Dusk Group Limited is an Australia-based omni-channel specialty retailer focused on home fragrance products, including scented and unscented candles such as novelty, pillar, taper, wax melts, tealight and votive varieties; ultrasonic, reed, glass, resin, ceramic and mini diffusers; essential oils comprising blends, pure oils, fragrant oils, trio packs, pillow mists and incense; and fragrance-related homewares like tealight holders, votive holders, plates, trays, oil burners, pillar holders, taper holders, incense holders, hurricanes, lanterns, storage and accessories, alongside home decor and gift solutions. Headquartered in Alexandria, Sydney, New South Wales, and founded in 2000, the company operates 145 stores across Australia and a limited presence in New Zealand, with online sales representing about 7.8% of total revenue through its website. It targets house-proud consumers seeking wellbeing and home styling products via its vertically integrated model encompassing in-house design, brand ownership, third-party manufacturing and direct-to-consumer channels.
In FY25 ended 29 June 2025, Dusk Group Limited reported total sales up 7.8% to $137.4 million, underlying EBIT up 22.9% to $7.7 million and underlying NPAT up 21.8% to $6.1 million, driven by strategic product rejuvenation including higher cadence of new ranges, category expansion into bath and body, brand collaborations and online sales growth of 50.1% to $10.8 million following website upgrades and enhanced digital marketing. The company opened two new Australian stores at Warringah Mall (NSW) and Gladstone (QLD), closed one, and launched a trial of the AfterGlow store concept to reposition the brand and broaden appeal, while expanding its dusk Rewards membership program to 364,000 sign-ups or renewals, contributing 57% of sales from higher-spending loyal customers. It continues to explore international expansion opportunities with a test-and-learn approach and plans further core range rejuvenation, such as the Signature line, alongside trials of adjacent categories pending regulatory changes.
