Imricor Medical Systems, Inc. (ASX:IMR) develops, manufactures and sells innovative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-compatible medical devices for cardiac catheter ablation procedures in interventional cardiac magnetic resonance (iCMR) labs. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota, the company offers the Vision-MR Ablation Catheter 2.0, a patented device for real-time MRI-guided ablation approved in the European Union for treating type 1 atrial flutter; the Vision-MR Diagnostic Catheter; the Advantage-MR EP Recorder/Stimulator System, an electrophysiology amplifier, recording system and cardiac stimulator; the NorthStar Mapping System; and the Vision-MR Dispersive Electrode, along with additional consumables and capital equipment for hospitals and clinics. In June 2025, the company launched the Vision-MR Ablation Catheter 2.0 and Vision-MR Diagnostic Catheter across Europe; in May 2025, procedures commenced at Semmelweis University; in April 2025, Imricor initiated the VISABL-VT clinical trial for ischemic ventricular tachycardia; and in July 2024, it completed a A$35 million two-tranche placement led by Canaccord Genuity, with ongoing U.S. trials including the first patient treated at Johns Hopkins in August 2024 under the VISABL-AFL study.
