Moho Resources Limited (ASX:MOH) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company focused on identifying and developing deposits of gold, nickel, critical minerals including rare earth elements, platinum group elements, base metals, copper and cobalt. The company holds interests in multiple projects across Western Australia and Queensland, such as the Bush Chook gold project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia; Silver Swan North and Burracoppin nickel, PGE and REE projects in Western Australia; Peak Charles base metals project; Weld Range North exploration area; and Empress Springs gold, silver, zinc and lead project in Queensland. Incorporated in 2012 and headquartered at 168 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, Western Australia, Moho Resources targets underexplored terrains prospective for economic mineralisation through systematic soil sampling, rock chip assays, geological mapping and drill testing. In September 2025, the company expanded its Bush Chook gold project footprint to 386 square kilometres via binding agreements to acquire nine tenements from Goldtimers Prospecting Pty Ltd and Moonlight Metals Pty Ltd, involving cash payments, issuance of 36 million shares and performance rights tied to resource milestones plus a 2% net smelter royalty; rock chips from the expanded area have assayed up to 28.6 grams per tonne gold across multiple unreported zones. Earlier, in November-December 2024, Moho divested its East Sampson Dam gold project to Mineral Mining Services Pty Ltd to streamline its portfolio toward higher-priority gold and nickel assets. Most recently, on December 3, 2025, the company announced the application for quotation of 123,814,643 new ordinary securities on the ASX as part of ongoing capital initiatives.
