- Renascor Resources Limited is an Australian company specializing in the exploration, development, and production of mineral resources, with a primary focus on graphite. The company operates the Siviour Graphite Project in South Australia, which comprises a large graphite deposit, recognized as the largest reported graphite reserve outside of Africa. Renascor's core products and services include mining and processing graphite concentrate, alongside the development of a vertically integrated Battery Anode Material (BAM) manufacturing operation that produces purified spherical graphite (PSG) for lithium-ion battery anodes. The company also holds exploration interests in other minerals such as copper, gold, and uranium across various projects in South Australia, including the Carnding and Marree projects. In recent developments, Renascor has entered a land purchase agreement for the freehold land hosting the Siviour Graphite Deposit, supporting expanded operational and construction activities. The company has secured a major $185 million loan facility from Export Finance Australia to fast-track the construction of its upstream graphite operations and BAM manufacturing facility. Additionally, Renascor has completed a definitive feasibility study for the Siviour project and is advancing exploration and engineering works, including drilling programs at Bulloo Creek, Tumby Bay, and Marree prospects. These initiatives aim to align production capabilities with the anticipated market demand for battery anode materials driven by the clean energy transition. Headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, Renascor Resources is a key participant in the global battery materials supply chain, targeting markets focused on sustainable and ethically sourced battery anode materials. Founded in 2008, the company continues to position its Siviour project as a strategically significant graphite resource with integrated downstream processing capabilities to produce high-value battery-grade graphite products. Renascor is supported by government trade and investment bodies and pursues growth through operational expansion, strategic financing, and project development in the battery material industry.
