In July 2025, Santa Fe signed binding agreements to acquire the Eburnea Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire from Turaco Gold Ltd including 100% of the Satama Permit with historic intercepts such as 26m at 4.82g/t gold and 65% of the Bouake North Application along strike from Endeavour Mining’s Lafigue deposit for 12 million shares and 4 million performance rights plus a $1.2 million placement at a 61.3% premium.
