Business
Titan Minerals Limited Titan Minerals Limited (ASX:TTM) is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing Tier One copper-gold projects in Ecuador's southern Andean copper-gold belt; its primary activities encompass resource definition drilling, metallurgical testing, feasibility studies, and joint venture partnerships to delineate and develop multi-million ounce gold-silver resources alongside copper porphyry systems. Incorporated in 2006 and headquartered at 295 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, Western Australia, the company wholly owns the flagship Dynasty Gold Project located approximately 25 kilometers north of the Peruvian border in Loja Province, which hosts a JORC-compliant resource of 3.1 million ounces of gold and 22 million ounces of silver across an existing foreign estimate of 14.5 million tonnes grading 4.53 grams per tonne gold and 36 grams per tonne silver; additional key assets include the early-stage Copper Duke Project spanning 13 concessions over 130 square kilometers 18 kilometers east of Dynasty, and the Linderos copper porphyry project covering four contiguous concessions totaling 143 square kilometers 20 kilometers southwest of Dynasty, where drilling has confirmed significant copper-gold mineralization including 308 meters at 0.4% copper equivalent and extensions beyond 1 kilometer depth. Titan Minerals targets precious and base metal deposits for junior miners, institutional investors, and strategic partners in South America's prolific mining jurisdiction, leveraging advanced exploration techniques such as air core, diamond core, reverse circulation drilling, and geophysical surveys to upgrade resources and advance toward production. In recent developments, the company secured a US$10 million strategic equity investment in October 2025 from Lingbao Gold International Company Ltd, a Hong Kong-listed gold producer with a US$3.5 billion market capitalization, through the subscription of 25.8 million new shares at a 33% premium, providing non-dilutive funding for accelerated Dynasty resource expansion drilling, updated mineral resource estimates incorporating over 25,000 meters of new drilling, mine study revisions using current gold prices above US$4,000 per ounce, environmental baseline studies, and tailings facility designs targeted for Q1 2026 completion; Lingbao also gained 90-day exclusivity for due diligence and 180-day right of first refusal on Dynasty transactions, signaling potential pathways for processing gold-silver concentrates via its Chinese smelting facilities. Furthermore, Titan Minerals entered a farm-in joint venture with Hanrine Copper Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, for up to US$120 million in expenditures at Linderos to earn an 80% interest, validating the project's Tier 1 copper discovery potential with ongoing phase three drilling following strong assay results and IP surveys; these alliances de-risk advancement, enhance technical expertise, and position the company for resource growth amid record gold, silver, and copper prices.
