Founded in 2004 and headquartered in San Jose, California, the company recently acquired assets and key personnel of ThreatX Protect in February 2025 to expand its cybersecurity portfolio with web application and API protection (WAAP), expected to be modestly accretive to earnings per share in 2025; it also reported strong Q2 FY2025 financial results with revenue growth driven by AI infrastructure and cybersecurity demand, alongside Q3 2025 revenue of $74.7 million, up 11.9% year-over-year.
