Trade Estates Real Estate Investment Company S.A. is a Greece-based real estate investment trust specializing in the acquisition, development, asset management, and commercial leasing of prime retail parks, big-box retail units, and modern logistics infrastructure. The company operates through integrated commercial real estate segments and services comprising: open-air retail park developments operating under the Top Parks concept; big-box retail properties tailored for omnichannel home improvement, electronics, sports, and consumer goods retailing; high-specification logistics centers and automated distribution hubs; commercial real estate leasing, tenant coordination, and active property management services; real estate development, property refurbishment, and land banking; and sustainable facility management implementing green building certifications and energy-efficiency standards. Its tenant base consists of leading international and domestic retail and supply chain operators, including IKEA, Leroy Merlin, Intersport, Kotsovolos, Sklavenitis, and third-party logistics providers. Founded in 2021 as the dedicated real estate investment vehicle of the Fourlis Group, Trade Estates Real Estate Investment Company S.A. is headquartered in Maroussi, Athens, Greece, with geographic holdings and commercial operations across Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. In recent operational and strategic developments, Trade Estates completed its initial public offering and admission to trading on the Athens Exchange under the ticker TRESTATES to accelerate portfolio expansion and capital investments. The company significantly scaled its commercial footprint through the landmark acquisition of Smart Park in Spata, Greece's largest open-air commercial park, from REDS S.A. In addition, Trade Estates diversified its strategic ownership structure and reinforced its commercial ecosystem through partnerships and equity participation from Autohellas alongside the Fourlis Group. The company has also expanded its high-efficiency logistics footprint with the development and delivery of advanced automated fulfillment centers in Aspropyrgos and Schimatari, while actively progressing new retail park projects in strategic regional markets including Patras and Crete.
