In recent developments, Astronics acquired Bühler Motor Aviation from Bühler Motor Group in an all-cash transaction announced on October 13, 2025, adding actuators, electronics, control panels, pneumatic systems, and lighting for aircraft seat actuation to augment its motion control solutions and integrate with its PGA subsidiary. Earlier in July 2025, the company acquired Envoy Aerospace for approximately $8 million to enhance expertise in aircraft connectivity, cabin upgrades, in-seat power, and FAA Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) services for supplemental type certificates and parts manufacturer approvals. Additionally, Astronics priced $225 million of Convertible Senior Notes due 2031 on September 10, 2025, and announced a new $300 million revolving credit facility alongside its 2025 third quarter financial results in November 2025.
