Global Services provides aftermarket and lifecycle support to commercial and government customers, including maintenance, repair and overhaul services; aircraft modifications, upgrades and passenger-to-freighter conversions; engineering and technical support; supply-chain and logistics management; spare-parts distribution; digital aviation, data analytics and fleet-management solutions; technical publications; pilot and maintenance training; simulators and training systems; and performance-based support for aircraft, defense platforms and related equipment. Boeing Capital Corporation provides financing and related portfolio-management services to support the sale and delivery of Boeing products.
Recent strategic actions include Boeing’s definitive agreement with Archer Aviation in August 2026 under which Archer is to acquire Boeing subsidiaries Wisk Aero, Insitu and SkyGrid, combining eVTOL, unmanned-aircraft, autonomous-flight and airspace-intelligence capabilities with Archer’s aerospace and defense artificial-intelligence platform; Boeing is to take an equity stake in Archer and enter an ongoing technology-sharing and strategic-collaboration arrangement. Boeing has also expanded its collaboration with Norsk e-Fuel, building on its 2025 investment to support industrial-scale power-to-liquids synthetic sustainable aviation fuel production in Europe and to generate operational data applicable to civil and military aviation. In defense, the company has entered a strategic partnership with Rheinmetall to offer the MQ-28 Ghost Bat to Germany and has expanded PAC-3 Seeker production through a seven-year framework agreement.
