Headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the enterprise was originally founded on May 17, 1995, as Bumerang Yatirim Ortakligi A.S. and transitioned into its current holding structure under the name Cosmos Yatirim Holding A.S. in December 2013. In recent operational and corporate developments, the group has expanded its contracting and EPC footprint across Turkey and Central Asia through major project awards secured by Cosmos Muhendislik A.S., including material supply contracts for the Sancaktepe City Hospital in Turkey and mechanical procurement agreements for the Turkmenistan Oncology Hospital project. Additionally, the holding executed a significant capital expansion for Cosmos Muhendislik A.S., raising its registered share capital from TRY 10,000,000 to TRY 110,000,000, completed a private placement capital increase approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK), and streamlined its core industrial focus by divesting its 33% non-core equity stake in Harvey Burger Gida A.S. in 2026.
