Creditwest Faktoring A.S. is a Turkey-based non-bank financial institution that provides comprehensive domestic and international factoring, trade finance, and receivables management solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as large corporate clients. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company operates as a key financial services subsidiary of Altinbas Holding. Creditwest Faktoring trades publicly on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker symbol CRDFA and is a constituent of the BIST Financials and BIST Corporate Governance indices. The company specializes in liquidity and credit risk solutions structured around cross-border and domestic commerce. Its primary product and service portfolio includes domestic factoring for local supplier-buyer transactions; export factoring facilitating cross-border trade without requiring collateral; import factoring providing guarantees and financing against foreign procurement; recourse factoring where credit risk remains with the assignor; non-recourse factoring offering complete default protection against debtor insolvency; supplier financing and reverse factoring arrangements designed to optimize supply chain working capital; receivables and collection management services encompassing debtor credit evaluation, ledger administration, and structured payment collection; and pre-financing against commercial invoices and negotiable instruments. Creditwest Faktoring delivers these services across diverse industries, including automotive, textiles and apparel, food and beverage, construction and building materials, chemicals, tourism, consumer goods, and paper and forestry products. In recent corporate and financial developments, Creditwest Faktoring completed a major capital enhancement by executing a 200 percent bonus share capital increase, raising its paid-in capital from TRY 100 million to TRY 300 million through internal resources and extraordinary reserves following approval from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. The company actively maintains a multi-tranche debt issuance program, regularly issuing Turkish Lira Overnight Reference Rate (TLREF) indexed and fixed-rate short-term financing bills and commercial paper to qualified institutional investors to support working capital growth and diversify funding structures. Additionally, Creditwest Faktoring updated its board and executive leadership structure, appointing Altug Altinbas Surer as Chairman of the Board and Haluk Levent Unal as Vice Chairman, alongside independent board directorship appointments to strengthen corporate governance and institutional oversight under periodic credit rating reviews by JCR Eurasia Rating.
