Ege Profil Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. is a Turkey-based building materials manufacturer primarily engaged in the design, development, production, and distribution of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) window and door profiles, aluminum architectural systems, shutter and blind systems, and plastic construction pipes. The company operates across multiple specialized product categories and brand portfolios, offering: PVC window and door profile systems sold under flagship brands such as Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, and Pimapen; aluminum joinery, sliding, folding, and architectural facade systems under the IQ Aluminium brand; glass balcony and terrace enclosure systems marketed under the Camoda brand; rolling shutter, blind, and louver solutions under the Storbox and DWT product lines; composite building materials and decking systems under the Twinson brand; sustainable and recycled PVC profiles under the Maestro brand; and a comprehensive range of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) gaskets, auxiliary profiles, pipe fittings, and insulation materials for residential and commercial construction applications. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Izmir, Turkey, Ege Profil operates as a core subsidiary of the Belgium-based global plastics and building solutions provider Deceuninck NV, which holds a controlling majority stake. The company maintains two major production hubs located in Izmir Menemen and Kocaeli Kartepe, with an aggregate annual production capacity exceeding 150,000 metric tons, positioning its Menemen plant among Europe's largest integrated PVC profile manufacturing centers. In addition to serving a widespread domestic dealer and fabrication network, the company distributes and exports its products to approximately 80 countries across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region, supported abroad by international operating entities including Deceuninck Profiles India Pvt Limited. In recent operational and strategic developments, Ege Profil executed capital expenditure programs exceeding EUR 15 million across its Turkish facilities to upgrade automated extrusion technologies and enhance plant capacity. In alignment with European Green Deal directives, the company deployed approximately EUR 4 million toward environmental and energy-efficiency initiatives, including on-site rooftop solar photovoltaic (GES) power installations and tri-generation energy systems. Operationally, Ege Profil expanded its manufacturing footprint within the broader Deceuninck Group by centralizing select European gasket and component production lines to its Turkish facilities, while broadening its global export presence through targeted Asia-Pacific supply initiatives in Australia. Furthermore, the company continued its capital management strategy by approving the distribution of a 700 million TL cash dividend in 2026 from its fiscal year 2025 earnings to support shareholder value alongside ongoing industrial expansion projects.
