- IMAS Makina Sanayi Anonim Sirketi manufactures and installs grain milling machinery, animal feed production plants, metal cutting band saw machines, and structural steel systems worldwide. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Konya, Turkey, the company operates as a subsidiary of Loras Holding (formerly Ittifak Holding) and serves agricultural, food processing, industrial manufacturing, and construction sectors across more than 100 countries spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, and the Americas.
The company organizes its operations across four primary product brands and business divisions: Milleral, Viteral, Cuteral, and Steral. Under the Milleral brand, the company engineers and delivers turnkey flour, semolina, and maize milling plants, as well as standalone equipment including roller mills, square plansifters, purifiers, grain cleaning and conditioning separators, scourers, optical sorters, pneumatic transport systems, and computerized plant automation systems; through the Viteral brand, it manufactures complete turnkey animal feed milling plants and processing machinery, including hammer mills, feed mixers, pellet mills, conditioners, coolers, crumblers, screening machines, and micro-dosing systems for poultry, ruminant, and livestock feed production; under the Cuteral brand, the company produces industrial metal cutting machinery, comprising horizontal bandsaws, vertical bandsaws, pivot-type saws, column-type high-speed bandsaws, circular sawing machines, and automated material feeding systems for metal fabrication and metallurgy industries; under the Steral brand, IMAS Makina designs, fabricates, and erects heavy structural steel systems, industrial plant buildings, warehouses, and crane structures. In addition, the company provides engineering, design, assembly, spare parts supply, maintenance, and technical training services through its ProSupport division.
In recent developments, IMAS Makina expanded its capital base and public ownership following its listing on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker IMASM. The company has continued to accelerate its global turnkey project executions, securing multi-million-dollar grain milling and feed facility contracts across North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. To enhance production capacity and sustainability, IMAS Makina completed significant capital expenditures in its Konya manufacturing facilities, integrating advanced automation and Industry 4.0-compatible robotics into its machining centers, while commissioning on-site rooftop solar photovoltaic systems to supply renewable electricity for its production operations. Furthermore, the company expanded its high-precision Cuteral band saw product line, introduced next-generation intelligent milling automation systems featuring IoT sensors and remote predictive diagnostics, and aligned its operations with the corporate restructuring of its parent entity, Loras Holding.
