Parsan Makina Parcalari Sanayii Anonim Sirketi manufactures and supplies forged, machined, and heat-treated metal components primarily for the automotive, commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery, aerospace, defense, railway, and industrial machinery sectors. Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company operates as a key manufacturing subsidiary of Guris Holding. Parsan provides integrated manufacturing solutions to domestic and international original equipment manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers, exporting a significant portion of its production to European, North American, and Asian markets. The company operates specialized production facilities in Pendik, Istanbul, and Dilovasi, Kocaeli. Its primary product and service offerings comprise light, medium, and heavy-duty crankshafts; front axle beams, steering knuckles, and front axle assemblies; driveline and transmission components, including flanged shafts, drive shafts, spindle shafts, crown wheels, and pinion gears; suspension and steering parts, including control arms, tie rod arms, ball joints, and track rods; engine parts, including connecting rods, camshafts, and rocker arms; aerospace, defense, and maritime structural forgings; custom tooling, die design, and die manufacturing; advanced CNC turning, milling, grinding, and broaching machining services; induction hardening, quenching, tempering, and surface treatment solutions; and non-destructive testing, laboratory metallurgical validation, and sub-assembly operations. Through strategic affiliations with group companies, including forging specialist Omtas Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S. and special steel producer Asil Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., the company maintains deep vertical integration across raw material procurement, forging, heat treatment, and precision finishing. In recent developments, Parsan Makina Parcalari Sanayii has expanded the production capacity and automation level of its Dilovasi manufacturing campus through ongoing investments in automated heavy-tonnage press lines and robotic machining cells to handle larger and higher-complexity forged components. The company has strategically expanded its product development activities to supply specialized lightweight forged structural parts and drivetrain assemblies for next-generation electric commercial vehicle and bus platforms. To enhance operational cost efficiency and comply with European Green Deal carbon neutrality standards, Parsan has implemented extensive green energy investments, including the installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power plants across its manufacturing facilities. Additionally, the company has deepened its operational alignment and commercial cooperation with sister company Omtas to optimize forge shop allocations, reduce turnaround times, and secure multi-year export supply agreements with major global heavy commercial vehicle and construction equipment manufacturers.
