Sanifoam Endustri ve Tuketim Urunleri Sanayi Ticaret A.S. is a Turkey-based manufacturing company primarily engaged in the design, conversion, and distribution of technical foam, thermal insulation, acoustic soundproofing, and consumer cleaning products. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company provides customized foam solutions across multiple industrial sectors, including automotive, household appliances, building construction, industrial acoustics, marine, and retail consumer goods. The company operates through diversified product segments and application areas: automotive acoustic and sealing components, comprising polyurethane, melamine, polyethylene, and EPDM-based engine encapsulation insulators, hood liners, door cavity absorbers, vibration-damping pads, headliner foam laminates, and custom die-cut sealing gaskets; domestic appliance insulation, supplying vibration-absorbing pads, thermal insulation barriers, and sound-dampening components for washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, and HVAC units; industrial and architectural acoustics, offering fire-resistant melamine foam panels, acoustic polyurethane sheets, sound barrier composites, bass traps, and suspended acoustic baffles for commercial infrastructure, industrial machinery, and architectural sound isolation; consumer cleaning goods, manufacturing polyurethane and cellulose household scourer sponges, abrasive cleaning pads, bath sponges, car wash sponges, and microfiber cleaning accessories distributed under proprietary brand lines as well as private label arrangements; and medical and specialty foams, providing orthopedic positioning cushions, patient support foams, and specialized packaging inserts. Sanifoam maintains an integrated domestic production network with manufacturing, converting, and warehousing facilities situated in strategic industrial hubs across Turkey, including Tekirdag, Bursa, Eskisehir, and Adana. Internationally, the company exports to European, Middle Eastern, and North African markets, supported by its European operational presence through its subsidiary Sanifoam GmbH in Germany. In recent developments, Sanifoam has advanced its operational capabilities and market reach through dedicated investments in lightweight acoustic and thermal insulation solutions tailored for electric and hybrid vehicle platforms. The company has implemented significant modernization and capacity expansion programs across its converting plants, complemented by corporate sustainability initiatives that include the installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic energy systems across its manufacturing facilities to increase renewable self-generation. Additionally, Sanifoam has introduced sustainable foam product lines integrating recycled raw materials to meet evolving European regulatory standards and expanded its commercial distribution channels across Western and Central European markets.
