Its Heating Systems division offers steel panel radiators, decorative radiators, towel warmers, gas-fired condensing combi boilers, electric boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, thermostatic radiator valves, and heating installation accessories. Its Plastic Piping and Infrastructure Systems division manufactures polypropylene random copolymer (PPRC) cold and hot water pipes and fittings; polyethylene raised temperature (PE-RT) underfloor heating pipes and oxygen-barrier pipes; polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waste water and drainage pipes; high-density polyethylene (PE100) pipes for potable water and natural gas networks; corrugated sewer and stormwater pipes; agricultural drip irrigation pipes; and multilayer composite piping systems. Its Bath and Sanitary Products division provides acrylic bathtubs, hydromassage whirlpool systems, shower trays, shower cabins and enclosures, concealed cistern systems, flush plates, and related sanitary fixtures marketed primarily under the Sanica brand name.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company operates manufacturing plants situated in Istanbul, Elazig, and Manisa (Akhisar), exporting products to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. Sanica Isi Sanayi A.S. functions as a core manufacturing subsidiary of Fatinoglu Holding.
In recent developments, Sanica Isi Sanayi A.S. completed its public listing on Borsa Istanbul (BIST: SNICA) to support strategic capital expenditure and market expansion programs. The company has expanded its manufacturing capacity with new production lines for combi boilers, plastic infrastructure pipes, and heating equipment across its Elazig and Manisa facilities. To support decarbonization and reduce manufacturing overhead, Sanica has invested in industrial rooftop solar photovoltaic power plant installations across its production facilities. Furthermore, the company has broadened its thermal product line with new high-efficiency condensing boilers and heat pump systems aligned with European eco-design regulations, while entering into new international supply contracts and distributor partnerships across European, Central Asian, and Middle Eastern markets.
