- Turcas Holding A.S. is a Turkey-based investment holding company primarily engaged in fuel retail, lubricants distribution, power generation, and diversified asset investments. The company conducts its core business operations through strategic joint ventures, providing a systematic range of energy products, retail solutions, and industrial services: retail automotive fuels, including gasoline, diesel, and autogas; commercial, fleet, and aviation fuels; automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricants, motor oils, and specialized greases produced at its Derince manufacturing facility; non-fuel retail goods, packaged foods, and beverages distributed via Shell Select convenience stores; automotive car care and car wash services; base-load and peak electricity generated from natural gas-fired combined-cycle and solar assets; and terminal storage, import, export, and logistics management for petroleum products. Turcas manages its downstream petroleum retail and lubricant distribution through Shell & Turcas Petrol A.S., an alliance operating a nationwide network of approximately 1,250 mobility stations, and manages power generation through RWE & Turcas Guney Elektrik Uretim A.S., which owns and operates the 800 MW Denizli Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant. In recent strategic developments, the company officially rebranded from Turcas Petrol A.S. to Turcas Holding A.S. to facilitate a structured corporate reorganization and diversification program expanding beyond conventional energy into global real estate, technology, and venture capital. In support of this mandate, Turcas established wholly owned international subsidiaries, including Turcas International Holding A.S. and Turcas USA 1, LLC, completing an equity acquisition in a luxury residential development in Manhattan, New York, as well as capital commitments to venture funds such as BEK Ventures Digital East Fund II. Furthermore, within its power generation joint venture, the company obtained regulatory license amendments and commenced construction of an integrated 20 MW hybrid solar photovoltaic power plant at its Denizli generation site. Founded in 1931 as Turkpetrol and publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker TRCAS, Turcas Holding A.S. is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
