Tugcelik Aluminyum ve Metal Mamulleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is a Turkey-based manufacturing company primarily engaged in the production of high-pressure aluminum and zinc (zamak) die-cast parts and precision machined metal components. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, the company operates integrated manufacturing facilities equipped with automated high-pressure die casting cells, CNC machining centers, tool and mold manufacturing workshops, and surface treatment lines. Tugcelik serves a diverse global client base across multiple industries, including automotive, commercial vehicle, household appliances (white goods), electrical equipment, industrial machinery, and lighting sectors. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of metal casting and machining products and services, categorized into: High-Pressure Aluminum Die Castings, including engine brackets, transmission housings, steering and suspension components, oil pump bodies, water pump housings, structural chassis parts, and heat management components; Zinc (Zamak) Die Castings, comprising precision locks, handles, decorative hardware, electrical connector housings, and intricate mechanical components; White Goods and Appliance Parts, such as washing machine drum supports, motor flanges, compressor components, and bearing brackets; Tooling and Mold Manufacturing, providing computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), mold design, rapid prototyping, and precision die fabrication; and Secondary Operations and Surface Finishing, encompassing multi-axis CNC milling and turning, automated deburring, shot blasting, vibration finishing, leak testing, assembly, and specialized surface coatings. Tugcelik distributes its products domestically and exports a major portion of its output to international markets across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, supplying original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 automotive and industrial suppliers. In recent developments, Tugcelik has accelerated its capital investments in operational modernization, capacity expansion, and the electric vehicle (EV) transition. The company has integrated high-tonnage die-casting machinery into its production lines to manufacture lightweight aluminum structural components and battery enclosure parts for electric and hybrid vehicles. To advance its sustainability initiatives and comply with international green supply chain standards, Tugcelik has commissioned rooftop solar photovoltaic (GES) power installations across its manufacturing facilities to support energy self-sufficiency and carbon footprint reduction. Furthermore, the company has completed capital increases to finance factory technological upgrades, automated casting cells, and working capital requirements for expanding international supply contracts.
