Corpovael S.A.B. de C.V. (CADUA.MX), also known as Cadu Inmobiliaria SA de CV, develops, designs, urbanizes, constructs, promotes, and sells residential housing properties targeting low- and middle-income segments in Mexico. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Cancun, Quintana Roo, the company operates vertically integrated processes from land acquisition through commercialization, with key projects in Quintana Roo (including Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum), Jalisco (Guadalajara), and Mexico City. Its core offerings span four segments: affordable entry-level housing up to MXN 1.5 million aimed at salaried first-time buyers financed via Infonavit; middle-income housing from MXN 1.5 million to MXN 3.0 million for first- or second-time buyers using traditional bank financing; middle-income residential housing from MXN 3.0 million to MXN 5.0 million emphasizing premium amenities; and higher-end residential projects exceeding MXN 5.0 million with original concepts, including sustainable urban developments meeting certified standards for infrastructure, services, and facilities. In August 2025, Corpovael secured a five-year revolving credit facility of up to MXN 700 million (approximately $35 million) from IDB Invest, comprising committed and uncommitted tranches to fund working capital for green low- and middle-income housing projects, supporting over 17,000 units through 2030 primarily in Quintana Roo where it holds a 34% market share per INFONAVIT data as of 2024. The company reported third-quarter 2025 earnings with EPS of MX$0.42, up from MX$0.11 in the prior year, alongside trailing twelve-month revenue of MXN 4.51 billion and net profit of MXN 343.99 million as of September 2025. Subsidiaries include Cadu Inmobiliaria S.A. de C.V., Cadurma S.A. de C.V., Cadu Residencias S.A. de C.V., and Inmoccidente S.A. de C.V., employing approximately 83 people under CEO Pedro Vaca Elguero.
