Business
Bonanza Mining Corporation is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral property interests in British Columbia, Canada. Incorporated in 2016 and headquartered at Suite 1710, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, the company targets precious and base metal opportunities and is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol BNZ. Its principal assets are the MC property, a gold-silver-lead-zinc project in the Skeena Mining Division near Stewart; the Shag property, a zinc-lead project near Golden in southeastern British Columbia; and the Frog property, an exploration-stage mineral property in the Liard Mining Division in northwestern British Columbia. The company’s exploration portfolio is aimed at gold, silver, lead, zinc, base metals and copper, with activity centered on advancing and evaluating these Canadian projects. In recent periods, Bonanza Mining has undergone several corporate and financing changes, including the appointment of Alfredo De Lucrezia as President and director effective September 5, 2025, the addition of Raymond Marks to the board in July 2025, and multiple corporate updates during 2025. The company announced and then terminated previously planned private placements in early 2025, later closed a private placement in February 2025, and announced additional private placements in November 2025 and January 2026 to support working capital and corporate activities. On January 5, 2026, Bonanza also announced mineral property purchase and sale agreements relating to two properties that had been under option since 2018, and on March 3, 2026, it completed a one-for-three share consolidation without changing its name or trading symbol.
