- BioInvent International AB (publ) is a clinical-stage biotechnology firm dedicated to discovering and advancing innovative immuno-modulatory antibodies to combat cancer. The company leverages its proprietary F.I.R.S.T™ technology platform and n-CoDeR® antibody library to identify novel targets and generate first-in-class drug candidates. Its pipeline includes lead candidates such as BI-1206, an anti-FcγRIIB antibody, currently being evaluated in Phase 2a trials for non-Hodgkin lymphoma in a triple combination with rituximab and Calquence®, and also initiating Phase 2a studies for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and uveal melanoma. Another key asset, BI-1808, an anti-TNFR2 antibody, is progressing through Phase 1/2a studies for solid tumors and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), having recently received Orphan Drug Designation from both the FDA and EMA for T-cell lymphoma and CTCL respectively. While strategically prioritizing its most advanced programs, BioInvent continues to report on other assets. Phase 1 clinical data for BI-1910, a TNFR2 Agonist targeting solid tumors, was presented at SITC 2025. Additionally, BT-001, an oncolytic virus co-developed with Transgene, is being advanced through investigator-led trials for solid tumors. Preclinical and early Phase 1 data for BI-1607, an anti-FcγRIIB antibody, in HER2-positive advanced solid tumors was published, and it is also undergoing a Phase 1b/2a study in combination with other agents for metastatic melanoma. BioInvent generates revenue through research collaborations and licensing agreements with leading pharmaceutical entities, alongside its integrated manufacturing unit that produces antibodies for both internal development and third-party clients across Europe, the United States, Japan, and Australia. The company, established in 1996, operates from its headquarters in Lund, Sweden.
