In 2025, Black Rock Coffee Bar completed its initial public offering on Nasdaq in September, raising $294 million at $20 per share to repay debt, fund expansions, and support general corporate purposes; opened 11 new stores in the third quarter with plans for 30 total openings this year targeting $199-$200 million in revenue and high-single-digit same-store sales growth; entered a strategic partnership with Russo Modular and Russo Siteworx for 20-30 additional locations in 2026; and partnered with ArrowStream to enhance its supply chain as part of ongoing national growth.
