The company, founded in 1980 and headquartered at 102 G.I.D.C., Junagadh, Gujarat, exports to markets including France, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Australia, Israel, Brazil, the United States and Italy, while also generating supplementary revenue from wind power operations. Recent developments encompass the July 2025 board approval of a 100% final dividend for FY 2024-25, re-appointment of statutory auditors M/s. J. C. Ranpura & Co. and secretarial auditors M.
